I honor the feminine Divine in you

We are now going into a deep meditation and surrendering into the love
Let us start by taking deep breaths inhale and exhale
As we shift this meditation remember this time is for you
Please find a nice comfortable place to lay down and relax and thank you for joining us in this process
Close your eyes
Relax
Hold your breath and release your breath
Give your breath a color and if you see some sparkles come around you that may be some your angels
Just focus on your breathing hold and release stress and tension
Deeply feeling the love and flow through your heart chakra and feel the safety
Even if you feel unsafe let it go out of your mind, you can’t control everything
Even if you are a compassionate being pass this fear
Feel peace in the next few minutes while you keep relaxing you will encounter
Many possibilities of feelings in your body
Keep breathing and feeling safe
Through your toes, your ankles and feet
You’re safe and relaxed
Your calves, knees, thighs and hips
Relax and surrender
Saying I am loved
My root chakra
Stomach, chest, back, neck
Is safe, relaxing and nurtured
My sacral chakra and solar plexus
